How It Works

  1. Order Deadline: Place your order by Friday at 10PM. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed for the following week.
  2. Delivery: Meals are delivered on Tuesday evening, with a confirmation message sent that afternoon.

 Note: Our prices are all-inclusive, with no hidden fees or additional delivery charges.


How to Submit Your Order

  1. Choose Your Meal Plan: Select from our LITE Meals or POWER Meals based on your needs.
  2. Pick Your Meals: Browse our menu and fill out the meal selection form. We recommend a minimum order, but you can always add more!
  3. Choose Your Sauce: Select one sauce for your order.
  4. Confirmation: Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation and payment request.
  5. Fresh Preparation: Your meals are freshly prepared on Tuesday morning.
  6. Delivery: Meals are delivered that evening, ready for you to heat and enjoy!


Recommendations for Best Results

  • Storage: Place your meals in the fridge immediately to maintain freshness. We don’t recommend freezing them, as it may impact quality.
  • Consumption: Eat LITE Meals twice a day and POWER Meals after any activity (e.g., workouts or practice). Meals should be consumed within 4-7 days for optimal freshness and taste.
